
Top Teens of America ~ Philadelphia Chapter
Top Teens of America (TTA) empowers teens of all backgrounds with career training, character development, and community service opportunities. With 108 chapters and over 5,000 members nationwide, TTA is making a positive impact in communities across the U.S.
Purpose of the TTA Program
Train Top Teens through the M.O.M.E.N.T.U.M. framework: Mission, Ownership, Mental Toughness, Empowerment, Networking, Teamwork, Unity, and Mentoring.
Promote academic excellence, leadership, fellowship, and social development.
Encourage pride in African American culture and heritage while raising awareness about harmful stereotypes.
Build partnerships and prepare Teens to lead workshops and peer-to-peer presentations.
Support community service projects focused on seniors, women, beautification, homelessness awareness, and healthy choices.

Programs like Top Teens of America (TTA) are essential because they provide the extracurricular experiences, leadership development, and community involvement students need to thrive in today’s competitive world.
Membership in Top Teens of America is by invitation only.
Open to young men and women ages 13–17 in middle and high school, TTA provides a strong foundation for personal growth, leadership, service, and future success.
